HEALTH BEGINS WITH PROPER NUTRITION
Within the framework of “School–Family” cooperation, the activity was facilitated by a parent, further strengthening the collaborative educational environment.
In the same context of “School–Family” partnership, the 6/1 grade students also hosted Tatevik Blbulyan, PhD in Medical Sciences, an obstetrician-gynecologist at Armenia Medical Center and an assistant at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 2 of YSMU.
The topic of the session was: “Health Begins with Proper Nutrition.”
The session was designed to enhance students’ awareness of the principles of healthy nutrition. Participants explored the significance of balanced dietary habits, developed the ability to differentiate between beneficial and non-beneficial food products, and received evidence-based recommendations aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.
